Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, cosmetics and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging or tags

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed as agreed during return confirmation on WhatsApp.
